  I shopped around and found the staff most friendly and informative about bike options. They completed follow up tasks immediately, they really wanted to understand what i needed a bike for and fit me with the right option, rather then make the most amount of money from my sale. They also assembled the bikes i bought extremely quickly. I will return again for all my bike needs.

  The people in this store know about bikes and they listen to, and are supportive of customers. I've been really impressed with their friendliness and eagerness to support community projects, such as bike riding classes. I also love that they support community development organisations overseas and recycle as much as they can.
